Educational Qualification

For Executive Director (Operations & Technical): Graduate in Engineering with good academic record from a recognized university/institution OR Certificate of Competency as Master (FG) / Dredge Master Grade-I / MEO Class-I / Dredge Engineer Grade-I. For Executive Director (Finance): Qualified CA or CMA. A management degree from a reputed institution is an added advantage for both posts. Common Experience: Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience (20 years for internal candidates). Private sector applicants must have 5 years as HOD reporting to Director/MD/CEO with annual salary of ₹45 Lakhs or above in listed companies with turnover ≥ ₹500 Cr. PSU/Govt applicants must have minimum 4 years experience in E-7 Grade (₹1,00,000 - ₹2,60,000 IDA or Level 13 CDA).

Age Limit & Relaxations

Minimum age is 45 years. External candidates must have at least 3 years of residual service before superannuation age of 60 years (up to 57 years), while internal candidates require at least 2 years of residual service (up to 58 years) as on the last date of online applications.
