Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd. (ICSIL) is a joint venture of TCIL (Govt. of India Enterprise) and DSIIDC (Govt. of NCT of Delhi). Candidates selected under this notification are deployed across DSIIDC liquor vends, commercial establishments, and industrial project sites across Delhi/NCR. Data Entry Operators handle computerized sales registers, stock reconciliation, and inventory databases. Salespersons and Helpers manage customer service, cash collection, stock loading/unloading, shelf stocking, and retail transactions. Operations run on a rotational shift basis, requiring standing for extended periods and weekend roster duty.

Posting & Transfer Policy

Deployment is purely contractual and outsourced for a fixed period or until regular incumbents join DSIIDC. ICSIL deducts 15 days of salary as a security deposit (50% in the first month and 50% in the second month), which is refunded with savings bank interest upon contract completion and receipt of a 'No Dues Certificate' from DSIIDC.
