Eligibility Criteria (By Deputation):

  • Section Officer (Pay Level-7, 1 Post): Central/State Govt/Courts/Tribunals officers holding analogous post on regular basis, or with 5 years regular service in Pay Level-6 (₹35,400–1,12,400).
  • Private Secretary (Pay Level-7, 2 Posts): Officers holding analogous post, or Stenographer Grade-I with 5 years regular service in Pay Level-6.
  • Assistant (Pay Level-6, 7 Posts): Officers holding analogous post, or with 10 years regular service in Pay Level-4 (₹25,500–81,100).
  • Account Assistant (Pay Level-6, 6 Posts): Central Govt officers holding analogous post, or with 10 years regular service in Pay Level-4, who have undergone training in cash and account work at ISTM or equivalent.
  • Stenographer Grade-I (Pay Level-6, 13 Posts): Officers holding analogous post, or with 10 years regular service in Pay Level-4.
  • Upper Division Clerk (Pay Level-4, 8 Posts): Officers holding analogous post, or Lower Division Clerks (LDC) with 8 years regular service in Pay Level-2 (₹19,900–63,200).

Age Limit & Relaxations

The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of application (28th December 2026).

Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) Allahabad and the Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) under its jurisdiction operate as quasi-judicial statutory bodies under the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 and the SARFAESI Act, 2002. Registry staff handle daily cause lists, recovery applications, appeals, judicial orders, bank recovery certifications, and courtroom coordination.
