Educational Qualification

Essential Qualification: MBBS degree with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned clinical specialty (General Surgery, Pathology, Radiology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Ophthalmology) from a recognized university / National Medical Commission.
Experience Requirements: Junior Specialist Grade-II requires minimum 3 years post-PG experience; Senior Specialist Grade-II requires minimum 5 years post-PG experience.
Language & Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Marathi language and proficiency in hospital computer systems are mandatory.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Part Time, Full Time, and Resident Specialists: Must be less than 69 years of age as on 07/10/2026. PGMO: Must be less than 37 years as on 07/10/2026 (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates).

Selection will be made on the basis of a Walk-in Interview on 07 October 2026 between 10:00 AM and 01:00 PM at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIS Hospital, Hotgi Road, Solapur - 413003. Purely temporary contractual appointment for a maximum duration of 11 months. Both the appointee and the administration retain the right to terminate the contract with a 30-day advance notice without assigning reasons. One-month notice is compulsory for resigning doctors.
