Consolidated fixed remuneration of Rs. 1,00,000/- per month for a duty schedule of 16 hours per week. In addition, a fixed percentage of CGHS rates is admissible on a case-to-case basis for specialized procedures. Appointees are not entitled to PF, pension, gratuity, medical attendance treatment, seniority, or leave encashment.
