Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Three-year Graduate degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related domains with 3 years of post-qualification experience, OR a Postgraduate degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in relevant life sciences / biomedical domains.
OR
A First Class 4-year Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Engineering / IT / Computer Science with 3 years of experience. Candidates should have practical experience in biomolecular assays, automated DNA extraction for NAATs, and biomedical technologies.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Upper age limit is 35 years as on the closing date (12.10.2026). Standard age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates and exceptionally qualified applicants as per Government of India / IIT Madras guidelines.
