IIT Roorkee GDMO Medical Officer Walk-in 2026

Candidates must possess an MBBS degree including completion of a 1-year compulsory rotating internship, along with valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council. A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in any Government or Private Hospital is required. Candidates with higher educational qualifications and experience are also eligible to appear.

1. Ensure fulfillment of eligibility conditions including MBBS degree, 1-year completed internship, valid registration with NMC/State Medical Council, and at least 1 year of hospital clinical experience.
2. Prepare a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) listing chronological academic degrees, certifications, and clinical experience.
3. Assemble self-attested photocopies of supporting documents: Proof of Date of Birth, 10th & 12th certificates, MBBS marksheets & degree certificate, Medical Council registration certificate, and experience certificate(s) from previous employer(s).
4. Bring original certificates/degrees and experience credentials along with self-attested copies for verification on the day of interaction.
5. Report for the Walk-in Interview on 09.10.2026 at 03:00 PM at the Recruitment Cell, James Thomason Building, IIT Roorkee, Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The interaction starts at 04:00 PM. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
