  • Senior Consultant & Consultant (₹1.1L - ₹1.5L/mo): Master's degree in Public Policy, Governance, Economics, Management, or allied disciplines with minimum 5 years of professional experience in governance consulting or PMUs.
  • Research Associates (₹60,000/mo): Master's degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Economics, or Development Studies with minimum 1 year of research/policy experience.
  • Program Coordination Associates (₹40,000/mo): Graduation in any stream, OR Higher Secondary (10+2) with diploma in computer applications and 1 year of coordination experience.
  • Digital Communications & Media Roles (₹30,000 - ₹1,00,000/mo): Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Animation, or Graphic Design with 1 to 5 years experience (portfolio/showreel mandatory for Multimedia and Creative roles).

Age Limit & Relaxations

Maximum age limit is 40 years for Digital Communications Manager, Senior Content, Communications, Multimedia, and Creative Associates; and 50 years for Senior Consultant, Consultant, Research Associates, and Program Coordination Associates as on the advertisement date (29/09/2026).
