DLSA Amroha Paralegal Volunteer Recruitment 2026

• Minimum Education: Passed Secondary Examination (Class 10th / Matriculation) or equivalent from a recognized board, with fluent reading and writing competence in Hindi (Devanagari script).
• Eligible Groups: Open to public-spirited individuals including Teachers (serving/retired), Retired Government Servants, Senior Citizens, MSW Students/Teachers, Anganwadi Workers, Doctors, Law Students (prior to Bar enrollment), Members of NGOs/Self-Help Groups, and Transgender persons.
• Local Domicile: Applicants must be permanent residents of the specific Tehsil or District Headquarters area in Amroha where they seek empanelment.
• Nature of Engagement: Voluntary community service under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987; not a regular government post.

Candidates must have completed at least 18 years of age. There is no upper age limit; senior citizens and retired personnel are eligible to apply.

1. Download the official application format appended to the notification on the Allahabad High Court website (https://www.allahabadhighcourt.in) or Amroha District Court portal (https://amroha.dcourts.gov.in).
2. Fill out the prescribed application proforma completely with personal details, category, educational qualifications, occupation/group type, contact details, and the preferred headquarters/tehsil committee name.
3. Affix a recent passport-sized photograph signed across (do not staple).
4. Attach self-attested photocopies of all mandatory documents: Class 10th mark sheet/certificate (date of birth proof), educational certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), two character certificates issued within the last 6 months from reputable persons (not relatives), local residence/nativity proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Ration Card / Domicile certificate), and a self-certified affidavit declaring no pending criminal cases.
5. Submit the completed application packet in person or by registered post to: Office of District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), District Court Compound, Amroha, Uttar Pradesh.
6. Ensure that the application reaches the DLSA office on or before 30 September 2026 by 04:00 PM. Applications received after this deadline or with incomplete documents will be rejected.
