IIIT Sri City Electrician Recruitment 2026

Candidates must possess an ITI in Electrician Trade OR a Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.

Mandatory Licensure: Must hold a valid competency certificate, authorization, or electrical licence for supervision and operation of electrical installations up to and including 33 kV issued by a competent licensing authority.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the operation and maintenance of HT electrical systems / 33 kV substations, transformers, VCB panels, RMUs, and protection relays.

Candidates should preferably not exceed 45 years of age as on the last date of application (05/10/2026).

1. Verify eligibility: ITI in Electrician trade or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, active 33 kV electrical competency license, and minimum 5 years of HT substation maintenance experience.
2. Prepare an updated CV / Resume highlighting technical qualifications, details of HT/LT equipment handled, 33 kV license number and validity, and chronological work history.
3. Compile scanned copies of educational certificates, experience letters, valid 33 kV electrical supervisor/operator license, government photo ID proof, age proof, and a recent passport-size photograph into a single PDF document.
