Eligibility and experience requirements:
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University or Institution.
- Desirable Qualification: Master’s degree in Management, Communication, Social Sciences or an allied discipline preferred.
- Required Experience: Minimum 05 (five) years of post-qualification professional experience in community engagement, ecosystem/partnership management, programme/event management, or student, alumni, and corporate relations within a startup, incubator, higher educational institution, industry association, or comparable ecosystem organisation.
- Desirable Skills: Demonstrated capabilities in digital/social media outreach, managing mentor/volunteer networks, organizing demo days and innovation challenges, with working knowledge of CRM and engagement-analytics tools.
