Educational Qualification

• Master's Degree: Master's Degree in Library Science (M.Lib.Sc. / MLIS) with at least 60% marks or equivalent diploma in Library Science obtained after graduation from a recognized University or Institute.
• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Library Services.
• Desirable: Experience in Central/State Government, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, or Institutes of National Importance; and 1-year Diploma in Information Technology or Archives.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Candidate should not be less than 23 years and not more than 30 years of age as on the last date of receipt of application (30.09.2026).
