Educational Qualification

Master’s Degree / MBA / 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant discipline (Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain, Sustainability, HR, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Public Policy) from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks throughout academic years or equivalent CGPA. Candidates pursuing or possessing a Ph.D. are also eligible. Relevant experience of at least 1 year (especially in top 50 NIRF management institutes) is preferred.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Maximum age limit is 32 years as on 13.10.2026. For Ph.D. holders or candidates with relevant experience, age limit is relaxable up to 35 years. Central Government relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.

Academic Associates at IIM Mumbai (Powai, Mumbai) are embedded across core academic areas, working closely with distinguished management faculty. Daily responsibilities include assisting in class scheduling, preparation of teaching materials, case study discussions, invigilation, grading assistance, and coordinating executive seminars. Working hours are 09:00 to 17:30 hrs (6 days a week, Sundays off), with occasional extended commitments during mid-term and end-term examinations.
